*What is a Non-Exhibiting Vendor (NEV)?

If you are a representative of an organization that is eligible to exhibit at CONEXPO-CON/AGG, your attendee registration category is classified as a NEV. This applies to companies who are providers of products and services to the construction or utilities industry (including, but not limited to asphalt, aggregates, concrete, earthmoving, lifting, mining, trucking, hauling, land clearing, utilities, and infrastructure support, as well as components for these types of equipment).

CONEXPO-CON/AGG is the international gathering place every three years for the construction industries, focusing on construction, aggregates and ready-mixed concrete. The event features exhibits of the latest technologies and innovations in equipment, products and services, plus extensive industry-targeted education. 

CONEXPO-CON/AGG attracts persons involved in all segments of the construction, aggregates and ready mixed concrete industries, including contractors, materials producers and government and institutional sector officials. Exhibits showcase the latest technologies and innovations in equipment, products and services for the construction industries. Product concentration areas and specialized exhibit pavilions make it easy for visitors to locate specific products, services and exhibitors of interest. Principal sponsors are Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) and National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA). AEM is a show producer.

  • CONEXPO-CON/AGG registration confirmations will be issued by a separate registration company/system.
  • Please note the confirmations are not automatic. 
  • Your CONEXPO-CON/AGG confirmation will include a link to purchase any additional items not offered on our site.
  • Confirmation delivery timeline is still being determined with the CONEXPO-CON/AGG team but we should have an update to this timeline by the end of day on October 16, 2025.

CONEXPO Badge Printing/Pickup

  • Your CONEXPO-CON/AGG badge will be separate from your convention badge.
  • There are no CONEXPO-CON/AGG badge printing capabilities at the Fontainebleau.
  • There will be a variety of other locations you can where you can pickup, and this list will be made available to you closer to the show. 
  • Show Badge and education session/workshop purchases are non-refundable.
  • Unused, pre-purchased exhibitor badges are non-refundable.
  • Name substitutions are allowed at no additional cost through February 17, 2026.
  • Discounts must be applied at the time of registration and cannot be applied once the registration fee has been paid.
  • Lost, stolen or misplaced badges will be charged the amount originally paid for replacement. 

Exhibitor badges are NOT available through NRMCA/NSSGA's registration website.

If you are an exhibitor/booth staff, you must get your badge directly through CONEXPO-CON/AGG's exhibitor resource center. Your answers to questions in our registration process will eliminate you from being able to purchase this type of badge.

Exhibitor badges cost less than an attendee badge, and you can only get this price through your exhibitor resource center. These badges allow you extended access to the show floor for setup and takedown.
