This can happen for a few reasons:

  • Our database list is only displaying parent companies. You will have to type in whichever company owns your company. You can still change the company on your badge on that same page in registration.
  • You may be missing a character in your company's name (i.e. a period, comma, etc.).
  • Your company membership may have lapsed. Please reach out to meetings@nssga.org to check.
  • Your company may be new to the association, and we haven't had a chance to enter you into our registration system. Please contact meetings@nssga.org if you believe this to be the case.

There is no registration deadline, however, please keep these important dates in mind:

  • Prices increase on December 6, 2025 to the "regular" rate.
  • Final day to book a room in our room block(s) is Friday, January 23, 2026.
  • Cancellations received by January 28, 2026 will be refunded less a $125 fee. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded.
  • Final day to purchase a CONEXPO-CON/AGG badge or education through our site is Friday, February 13, 2026.
  • Prices increase again after February 27, 2026 to the "onsite" rate.

There are several registration packages available depending on which association’s convention(s) you would like to attend:

  • NRMCA Only: permits access to all NRMCA Annual Convention and joint association activities not requiring a separate fee

  • NSSGA Only: permits access to all NSSGA Annual Convention and joint association activities not requiring a separate fee

  • NRMCA & NSSGA Annual Conventions: permits access to all NRMCA, NSSGA and joint association activities not requiring a separate fee

  • NRMCA Awards Breakfast Only: permits access to NRMCA's Awards Breakfast only. No other admission will be granted.

  • Guest Pass: Guest passes are only available to non-industry individuals/spouses. If you work in the aggregates industry and select this pass, you will be subject to pass change and payment for the fee difference before a badge will be issued to you. This pass includes entry into receptions for the convention(s) selected, access to the hospitality lounge, and if applicable according to your pass, NSSGA's ROCKPAC event (only open to ROCKPAC donors).

No, they are two separate badges.

If you register for CONEXPO-CON/AGG as an add-on to your convention registration, you must pick up your CONEXPO-CON/AGG badge at a separate location. A list of these locations will be made available closer to the show opening. Please note that no badge pick-up will be available at the Fontainebleau.

All convention cancellation requests must be received in writing by 11:59 p.m. PST on Wednesday, January 28 and will be refunded less a $125 processing fee. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

Substitutions and name changes will be granted at no charge through the event dates. Please note CONEXPO-CON/AGG badge and education session purchases are non-refundable, as per show policy. Name substitutions for CONEXPO-CON/AGG will only be granted through February 17, 2026.

Yes! NRMCA and NSSGA are pleased to offer discounted association partner pricing for CONEXPO-CON/AGG. You can select CONEXPO-CON/AGG as an add-on when you are registering for one or both of the Annual Conventions. You can also purchase education pass add-ons with us. 

Badge/education purchase through our site ends on Friday, February 13, 2026. Your CONEXPO-CON/AGG confirmation email will include a link to purchase any additional items not offered on our site.

Hotel rooms in our block are only available to those who have registered for any of the joint annual conventions. The button for booking a room will be visible on your confirmation page after registration is completed and paid for.

Staff will frequently audit the rooming list against our registration list. Anyone found in our hotel block without a completed, paid joint annual convention registration (for NRMCA or NSSGA) will be removed from the block and the reservation will be canceled at our discretion. If you select any joint passes, you will have the option to choose which association's room block dates best fit your needs.
