Our block at the Fontainebleau is only available for our convention attendees. We frequently audit the block to ensure those who have a room are registered for our convention. Anyone found in our block without a completed NRMCA or NSSGA convention registration is subject to removal.

How to Book at the Fontainebleau

On your confirmation page, you will see a button to book a hotel room.

The last day to book in our block is Friday, January 23, 2026.

Hotel reservations in our room block WILL NOT be accepted by phone as we are unable to confirm if people who call in to the hotel are in fact our attendees. If you are having trouble booking online, please reach out to meetings@nssga.org and we can assist.

Fontainebleau Rewards

By joining the program, members earn points on their spending throughout the resort. Points can be earned on slot play or by spending at restaurants, bars and lounges, day/nightlife, hotel stays, Lapis Spa & Wellness, and more.   • Reservations with total number of guests above the standard room occupancy will be subject to the additional person fee of $50 per guest, per night.

Billing
  • Everyone is required to present a valid credit/debit card upon check in for the nightly incidentals of $150, along with any remaining balance due.
  • All Hotel transactions are processed in USD currency.

Cancellations

Cancel at least three days prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night cancellation fee.

Check-In & Out
  • Check in time is 3:00 p.m., Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Guests must be 21 years of age to check in.

Cleaning/Prohibited Items
  • There is a $500 deep cleaning fee charged for smoking in a room and suite. Any additional fees and costs that may be incurred to deep clean and/or repair a guest room may also apply.
  • Marijuana products are prohibited in guest rooms and throughout the resort. Violation of this policy may result in eviction and/or trespass from the Hotel.

Pre Pay Reservations

Any attendees wishing to prepay their reservations may do so up to three days prior to arrival for room, tax and resort fees only. Contact us for more information.

Resort Fee

All reservations are subject to a resort fee of $45 per night+tax

Rollaways

Guests requiring a rollaway bed will be subject to either the rollaway bed fee of $50 per night or the additional person fee of $50 per night.

BEWARE OF ROOM SCAMS!

NRMCA & NSSGA Annual Convention registrants will have access to our room block link (at the Fontainebleau) once registered on this website.

We will NEVER call you to collect payment or personal information at ANY point in time for these room reservations. Anyone who calls and insists you have not finished your reservation and that they need sensitive financial data from you is attempting fraud/impersonation. The only exception to this rule is if you have an established point person at NSSGA who is helping you through a specific room booking issue that YOU reached out to US about. If you're ever concerned about the validity of such contact, please feel free to call NSSGA's main phone line from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST on weekdays.

In addition, Maritz® & FHTglobal are the official hotel providers for CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 show and the only companies that can sell rooms within the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 official hotel blocks. Please be aware some third-party travel companies may attempt to solicit housing for CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 show. These companies are not authorized by Show Management and may provide false information regarding the availability of rooms at hotels within the show hotel booking program.

If you are contacted by a travel company other than Maritz® or FHTglobal, please report this immediately to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) (button below). We encourage you to report anything you think may be a fraud, scam or bad business practice.
