Annual Convention(s) Pricing
Below you will find admission pricing for each of the available conventions. You can select a pass for one or both conventions.
- Pricing will depend upon your company's membership with an association and the date at which you purchase.
- NRMCA State Affiliates will receive a discount code for their applicable complimentary registrations.
- NRMCA press members will receive a code for a 50% discount on their convention pass.
- State Executives, students and press members receive free registration for NSSGA's Annual Convention.
- Just select your company during registration to receive the discounted rate.
- Students will receive a discount code to get the complimentary rate and/or must use their .edu email address when registering.

Guest Pricing
All guests are charged a flat fee of $595
Guest Pass Policies:
Guest passes are only available to non-industry individuals/spouses. If you work in the aggregates industry and select this pass, you will be subject to pass change and payment for the fee difference before a badge will be issued to you.
This pass includes entry into receptions for the convention(s) selected, the hospitality lounge, and if applicable according to your pass, NSSGA's ROCKPAC event (only open to ROCKPAC donors) and/or NRMCA meetings that are not marked "closed" or "by invitation only". Guests may attend some invitation only dinners if their main registrant is eligible for the dinner, and if the organizer approves. The main registrant's invitation will detail this.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG Show Badge
Exhibitor badges cannot be purchased on this website. You will have a different registration process only available directly through CONEXPO-CON/AGG.
Any registrant may add a CONEXPO-CON/AGG badge to their convention registration through our site. We offer discounted pricing not available when purchasing the badge elsewhere. Please note the show badge price does not include any education sessions (but they can be added on). CONEXPO-CON/AGG badge and education pass purchase ends through our site on Friday, February 13, 2026.

Cancellations & Refunds
Joint Annual Convention Cancellation & Refund Policies
All cancellation requests must be received in writing by 11:59 p.m. PST on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 and will be refunded less a $125 processing fee. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. Substitutions and name changes will be granted at no charge through the event dates.
CONEXPO-CON/AGG Cancellation/Refund Policy
Badges for CONEXPO-CON/AGG are non-refundable, per their registration policies found in detail here and summarized below.
- Show Badge and education session/workshop purchases are non-refundable.
- Unused, pre-purchased exhibitor badges are non-refundable.
- Name substitutions are allowed at no additional cost through February 17, 2026.
- Discounts must be applied at the time of registration and cannot be applied once the registration fee has been paid.
- Lost, stolen or misplaced badges will be charged the amount originally paid for replacement.
