How much does a spouse/guest pass cost?

A guest/spouse pass is included with each attendee pass purchased. You will have the option to add your guest during the registration process but may also do so at a later date.

What does a guest pass include?

Entry to all evening receptions and dinners, transportation to and from any guest-specific outings (and the outing itself), and access to the hospitality cabanas near the pool.

What is the dress code for this event?

Business Casual/Resort Casual attire.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Cancellation requests must be received in writing (to meetings@nssga.org) by Friday, May 22, 2026 and will be refunded less the $100 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted after this date.

When is the last day to book a hotel in your room block?

The last day to book a room in our hotel block is May 4, 2026. Our block rate is $479/night before taxes and fees. After this date we cannot guarantee a room available at our block rate. Please reach out to our team for assistance after this date.
