What are the AGG1 cancellation policies?

Show Badge/Entrance to exhibits and Education purchases are non-refundable. Name substitutions are allowed through March 11, 2024. Lost or misplaced badges will be charged the original amount paid. Click here to learn more about AGG1 registration policies.

What are the Annual Convention cancellation policies?

All convention package cancellation requests must be received in writing by 11:59 p.m. PST on Friday, Feb. 23, 2025 and will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. Substitutions and name changes will be granted at no charge through the event dates. Please note, as stated above, AGG1 badge and education session purchases are non-refundable, as per show policy.

What hotels are available?

If you register for NSSGA's Annual Convention or any package including Annual Convention access, you will be given the option to book a room at the Marriott St. Louis Grand (the location of our convention).

If you register for any package that is AGG1-only or an AGG1 show badge only, you will be directed to view the different hotels available in the AGG1 block. If you would like to view AGG1 housing availability prior to registration, click here. Please note you will not be able to book a hotel room until you have completed a registration.

I have a registration issue. Who should I contact?

My company is not being recognized as a member when I go to register. Why?

If you joined the association recently (for the first time or after a long lapse), we may not have you in our registration system yet. Please contact us at meetings@nssga.org and we will verify your membership to get you in the system, and at the correct registration rate. If our lag time causes you to be pushed into a later registration date, and consequently a higher registration price, we will honor the registration rate at the time you first contacted us.
