Welcome to the Young Leaders Meetup in Indy! Attendees will introduce themselves, learn more about the YL program and hear from YL officers and Steering Committee members.

Attendees will enjoy Punch Bowl Social’s free-play access to every vintage and modern arcade game, plus two full-size bowling lanes, cornhole, bocce and a private karaoke room for those brave enough to grab the mic. Between rounds, relax with a drink on the Victorian couches by the fireplace, challenge new friends to giant Jenga or magnetic wall Scrabble, and refuel at high-top tables perfect for mingling. Whether you’re aiming for a high score, a strike or simply great conversation, this space sets the stage for a fun and exciting Young Leaders networking event.

IMPORTANT: Please wear steel-toed shoes for the tour. NSSGA will provide hard hats, safety glasses and vests.

Attendees will take a guided bus tour of several Martin Marietta sites, starting with a visit to the Indianapolis Training Center for site-specific training and a facility walkthrough. The tour continues with windshield views of the Carmel Sand and Gravel Dredging Facility and a drive through both the open pit and underground operations at the North Indianapolis Quarry. The experience wraps up with a stop at the overlook for photos and Q&A, followed by a tour of the processing plant. We'll enjoy lunch before returning to the JW Marriott.
