The 2026 Young Leaders Annual Meeting in Destin is nearly a year away, but you don’t have to stay in the pit lane until April 2026 to reconnect with your peers! Rev up your professional development and join us August 11-12 in Indianapolis for the next Young Leaders Meetup. This smaller-scale gathering combines the best elements of the Young Leaders Annual Meeting with a more intimate setting focused on connection, learning and leadership growth.

Designed for emerging industry professionals age 40 and younger, this meetup offers a chance to accelerate your network, fine-tune your skills, and engage with others in the aggregates industry. Whether you’re a returning participant or just getting behind the wheel for the first time, this is a great way to get involved in the Young Leaders community.

Limited to just 50 attendees, the Indianapolis meetup is open to NSSGA members and nonmembers age 40 and younger and is geared toward those within driving distance of the region. Don’t stall at the starting line. Space is limited, so register early to secure your spot.

The registration fee includes:

The meetup will be held at the JW Marriott Indianapolis and you can book a room at a discounted rate, only available to meetup registrants! The discounted room rate is $209 per night.
