Who can attend NSSGA's Leadership Summit?

All C-Suite and company executives are invited to join us.

How much does a spouse/guest pass cost?

A guest/spouse pass is included with each attendee pass purchased. You will have the option to add your guest during the registration process but may also do so at a later date.

What is the dress code for this event?

The Hotel Bennett requests elevated guest attire for evenings. Their preferred dress is business casual, jackets are requested but not required. A collared shirt and tailored pants or well-kept denim are required for gentleman. The hotel does ask that guests do not wear flip flops at Gabrielle (dining option).

Hats are not permitted in any of the dining outlets or lobby after 6 pm.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Cancellation requests must be received in writing (to meetings@nssga.org) by May 28, 2023 and will be refunded less the $100 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted after this date.

When is the last day to book a hotel in your room block?

The last day to book a room in our hotel block is June 7, 2023. After this date we cannot guarantee a room available at our block rate of $429. Please reach out to our team for assistance after this date.

I tried to register, but the system did not recognize me as a member. Why? 

There are a few possible reasons for this scenario: 

• Membership is validated by your email address. If you used an email address ending in @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com, @aol.com, etc., your membership will not be recognized. You MUST use your work/company/professional email address when registering to get our member rates. Guests can only use non-member company email addresses to get access to guest passes.

• If you joined NSSGA recently (for the first time), we may not have you in our registration system yet. Please contact us and we will verify your membership and charge you the correct registration rate. If lag time causes you to be pushed into a later registration date, and consequently a higher registration price, we will honor the registration rate at the time you first contacted us. 

• Membership with NSSGA is on a company-level (i.e. if your company is a member, you, as an employee, by default are also a member). Your company's membership with NSSGA may have lapsed. You can always contact meetings@nssga.org to verify your company's membership status.
