Conflict is inevitable, whether it’s an internal debate (“Should I say something?”), a disagreement with a colleague or friend (“You’re not listening to me!”), or tension within a group (“We can’t work with them!”). While we can’t eliminate conflict, we can control how we approach it. This session will cover a host of approachable and effective communication skills and will address better ways to have tough conversations, how to navigate challenging situations, and keep issues from escalating - both at work and at home. You will walk away from this presentation with a conflict management tool belt full of techniques you can use immediately.
