A 32-year federal service career with 20+ years in field leadership and supervisory positions providing guidance and direction in all federal-aid program areas, most notably in Safety, ITS, Finance, Planning, Environment, ROW, and Emergency Preparedness. Instrumental in the Division’s strategic planning processes and led innovative initiatives, such as executing the FL NEPA Assignment MOU with FDOT, FL’s Every Day Counts (EDC) program and implementing Risk Based Stewardship and Oversight (RBSO) in Planning.
