From small family businesses to global corporations, Katie Woodhall, has always felt that a workforce is any organization’s truest asset. After spending nearly two decades working in various leadership roles, Katie enhances workforce development by simplifying problems to create transparency and efficiency, while strengthening team dynamics and creating harmony. She embraces the motto “go slow to go fast”, and strives to always pause and reflect when finding new avenues of growth for organizations in places that may have been overlooked. Katie’s HR knowledge and skills application in multiple work environments solidify her as a relatable, effective manager and safety professional. Her career encompasses proven success in global corporations, small entrepreneurial businesses, and multi-generational operations, including her own family’s 4th generational mining company. Katie holds a BA in Organizational Development and Leadership and a BA in Art History and Anthropology. Katie is currently the acting Safety Director for the Beaver Excavating Company and Beaver Constructors.
