Lehman-Roberts, a Granite Construction company, has been on a safety culture improvement journey since 2019. They’ve implemented processes and tools that have transformed their safety system, improved leadership understanding and involvement, shifted their mindset to create psychological safety and generated ownership for safety at every level of the organization.
