Room Block
Our room block deadline has been extended to Friday, May 24!
Our room block rate is $350/night. Only registered attendees may book a room in our block. We cannot hold rooms for an attendee before they have completed a registration with us.
The last date to book a room in our block is Friday, May 17. After this date please contact us at meetings@nssga.org or the La Playa Resort directly for assistance in securing a room.
Hotel Amenity Fee
To offer guests an array of amenities and services, they charge a daily Resort Amenities Fee of $10+tax per room, in addition to the nightly room rate. This includes the following:
- Beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrellas
- Access to weekly, complimentary yoga classes
- Daily complimentary access to nearby LA Fitness gym
- $10 off LaPlaya’s Zybra bike rentals
- Daily pool & beach organized activities

Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?
In-room and public space high speed Wi-Fi is available for guests.
Do you have a fitness center?
Resort guests receive complimentary daily access to the LA Fitness gym located nearby the resort on 871 Vanderbilt Beach Road. Please visit the Front Desk to pick up an access pass. We also offer complimentary yoga sessions on the beach for all guests at 8:00am on Tuesdays and at 8:30am on Thursdays and Saturdays. Classes are suitable for all experience levels.
Does the hotel have any accessible guest rooms or suites?
LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort is committed to ensuring that we meet and exceed all of the requirements for the Americans with Disabilities Act. We have a variety of accessible guest rooms and our staff is trained to accommodate guests with special needs, so that all of our guests, including those with disabilities are able to have an enjoyable and safe stay. Please contact the hotel if you have any special accommodation needs.
Do you have a business center?
We have a business center in the Bay Tower lobby on the second floor.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort is not a pet-friendly resort.
Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
SpaTerre is located in a new location on the third floor of the Bay Tower. Services include massages, body treatments, facials, and nail services available Tuesday – Saturday from 9:00am – 5:00pm. Advance appointments are required and can be made by calling 239.598.5117 or emailing spaterre@laplayaresort.com.
Do you have a pool and/or private beach?
LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort sits on our very own white sand, private beach in Naples. Our resort currently features one beachfront pool that is open for all day use to guests and members. Towel service is available from 8:00am – sunset. Our cascading pool and hot tub are closed due to renovations.

Does the hotel have pack-n-plays or baby gear available?
Yes, our partnership with BabyQuip provides quality cribs, as well as strollers, pack-n-plays, and so much more. Inquire with our team to rent everything you need and have it conveniently delivered to your room.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by the rate or package that was booked. Group cancellations may vary. If you booked online, please click “My Reservation,” or call the hotel at 800-237-6883.
Transportation
Do you have parking?
Valet parking is available 24/7 for $40 overnight parking and $5 for visitors of BALEEN. Parking for beach access is not permitted. We also feature a Juicebar electric vehicle charging station to power our guests’ vehicles. The station is located on the 2nd floor of the resort’s parking garage.
Do you offer shuttle service to/from the airport?
The resort does not provide an airport shuttle service, however, our concierge is happy to assist with any transportation needs. If you are headed to local attractions or downtown Naples, the Naples Trolley makes stops in front of the resort on an hourly basis. Complete schedule and local points of interest are available at the Front Desk or Concierge.
Does your beachfront Naples resort have bikes available for guests?
The resort features a fleet of Zybra bikes available for guests and members to rent. Rentals are $20/hour and are managed through the Zybra app by guests directly via instructions located on the bike rack. We are in one of the most bike-friendly parts of the city, so you can explore our part of Naples while getting fresh air and exercise.

What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
BALEEN Naples, our beloved Naples waterfront restaurant, is open for breakfast daily from 8:00am, with brunch served on Sundays until 2:00pm, and lunch is available Monday – Saturday from 11:30am – 2:00pm. Join us for dinner and stunning sunsets daily from 5:00pm – 9:00pm. Reservations are accepted for lunch, brunch, and dinner. Our signature bar, elements, serves snacks, beverages, and signature cocktails from 11:00am – 9:00pm daily. Stop by in the morning for grab-n-go breakfast items and freshly brewed coffee from 7:00am – 11:00am daily.
Do you serve Sunday Brunch?
BALEEN proudly hosts Sunday brunch in Naples from 8:00am – 2:00pm every week. Waterfront views and bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys are just a few of the reasons to ensure you join us for our beachfront brunch.
