Encore at Wynn Las Vegas
Hotel rooms in our block at the Encore are only available for our convention attendees. You will be able to book your hotel room in our block only AFTER completing your registration. On your confirmation page, you will see a button to book your hotel room.
Our staff will be frequently auditing the rooming lists to ensure those who have a room are registered for our convention. Anyone found in our rooming list without a completed NRMCA, NSSGA, and/or PCA convention registration will be removed from our room block.
Our room rate in our block starts at $329.00 per night. The last day to reserve a room through our joint convention block is Thursday, February 9, 2023.
All registered guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and all guests will be required to show a valid government issued ID upon check-in.
A daily resort fee of $35.00 plus 13.38% tax will be added to each guest room account. The resort fee and tax are both subject to change. The resort fee entitles each guest to the following items:
- Access to the fitness center for two people (a value of $40.00 per day)
- In-room internet access: four (4) devices per room at a standard 7Mb connection speed (a value of $80.00 per day)
- Unlimited local, domestic long distance (including Hawaii & Alaska) and toll free calls
- Printing of boarding passes through Concierge
- Complimentary digital access to more than 5,000 newspapers and magazines from around the world
Please note that there is a charge of $30.00 per room per night for double queen accommodations at Encore (we do have a small number of rooms with two queen beds).
A charge of $50.00 per night will be added for each guest over double occupancy. Group rates will be subject to the prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38%. Subject to change.
An early departure fee will be incurred if notice is not received prior to or at check- in. Guests are considered "checked-in" once the registration card is signed. The early departure fee will be one (1) full night room and tax at the original booked rate.
