Danette began her career in 1997 and has worked in most departments of Philippi-Hagenbuch, Inc. (PHIL) and Welarco Fabrications, Inc. over the years. On July 1, 2013 Danette was appointed as the President, responsible for the leadership of PHIL. She is active in multiple local and national philanthropies including the OSF Foundation, Peoria Production Shop and the JWAS Foundation.
In Danette's free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with family and friends.
