Ted Baker founded and is CEO of Blue Water Industries, an aggregates producer in the southeastern United States.

Previously, Ted founded Bluegrass Materials Company in 2010, and served as its CEO from 2010 until its sale to Martin Marietta Materials in 2018. Prior to Bluegrass Materials Company, Ted served in several management roles at Florida Rock Industries and Vulcan Materials Company.

Ted graduated from Princeton University and then served in the US Marine Corps from 2000-2005. Ted serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tiger Academy, a public charter school in Jacksonville, and also serves on the boards of the National Stone Sand & Gravel Association and Woodberry Forest School. He lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida with his wife and four children.
