Michael Kweder graduated from Penn State with a degree in Mining Engineering. Over the past 8 years he has worked his way up to being the Manager of Engineering Services for Cemex’s East Region Aggregates Division. He prides himself on his leadership skills and believes that “without ambition one starts nothing. Without work one finishes nothing. The prize will not be sent to you. You have to win it.”
