Bronwyn’s creative arsenal is stocked with skills collected over a wide range of industry experiences, beginning as Editor of Pit & Quarry Magazine and co-founder (with husband Bob Archibald) of Aggregates Manager Magazine. Her consulting work focuses on managing and directing strategic planning and helping companies grow their workforce culture. She cares deeply about community and neighbor relations in our industry and sees those efforts as a visible reflection of our capacity to do good, attract the next generation of workers and earn the required trust to operate into the future. She has facilitated leadership team development in North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin and South America that has deepened her appreciation of healthy team culture strategies. Grateful to work with remarkable colleagues at Q4, Bronwyn is a MBTI and Working Genius Certified Trainer with a BA in Geology and Communications from Case Western Reserve University.
