Meggy Gidula is a licensed civil engineer with over 9 years of experience working in the cement and aggregate industry. She is passionate about client experience and successful project delivery. Prior to joining WSP, Meggy worked first-hand for a vertically integrated cement and aggregate producer and served as a plant manager responsible for the plant's production, health and safety, environmental compliance and human resources. In her time at WSP, she has had a key role in several slope stability and quarry reclamation projects in conjunction with cement plant reclamation plan amendments. She retains an M&S board seat for the National Stone, Sand and Gravel and previously served on the board for Women in Mining- California Chapter. Meggy has been instrumental on bringing sustainable solutions to the construction material industry and has helped producers achieve sustainability goals, meeting them where they are on their sustainability journey, from baseline greenhouse gas studies to carbon capture and storage projects. She has a strong internal network and can deliver resources in a timely manner.
